Weekly Personalized Menu

After completing a brief questionnaire I will create a custom weekly menu based on your preferences! Menus are sent out 72 hours before the session, and you have the option to make any changes or additions you would like. 

Cooking

I love getting the meals all set, portioning them out perfectly, and stashing them away!

Custom Grocery List

Along with your menu, you will be emailed a grocery list that is sectioned off by food category for easy shopping. Most clients opt to order groceries and have them at your home at the start of the session. 

Kitchen Clean Up

After the cooking is finished, I make sure I leave the kitchen just as I found it. Dishes washed, counters wiped, and floors swept!
